Hello, and welcome to Toronto!

My name is Tess. I am of Filipino background, and married with two grown children. I've been hosting students since 2009. We recently moved out of the home, so we have more than enough space to accommodate multiple visitors. I own a triplex, with a total of 11 rooms for guests. Some rooms are shared, and some are private. In all units, the kitchen and washroom are shared common spaces. Located in the heart of the city, the home is very accessible for travelling, whether you are here in Toronto for work, school, and even sightseeing. We are also steps away from the bus stop, and close to Yorkdale, Lawrence West, and Wilson subway station.

We do not provide meals, but offer free laundry service once a week. We do come by at least twice a week to do general maintenance and cleaning of the units. Because you will be living with other students, we ask guest to be mindful of noise at night, and to respect one another's space.
