Maria and Tyrone welcome you to the “Junction” area of Toronto. We have one large bright, spacious and clean room for rent with 2 double beds. Ideally this is perfect for 2 students that would like to live together while in Canada. Hardwood floors and granite countertops are complimented with high ceilings throughout. In your room, you will have a window, mirror, bed, linens, reading lamp, towels, clothing rack, drawers, and TV. You will have unlimited high speed wi-fi, Netflix, your own bathroom, your own cupboard for groceries, your own full size fridge/freezer, shared common area with cozy fireplace, shared front deck with BBQ, shared kitchen and shared laundry facilities. The Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes and appliances for you to use.
Currently we have 2 Mexican Students staying until the end of March 2020. Room will be available April 1, 2020. If interested, please provide a photo so we can confirm who will be our guests.

You provide your own food, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent. For an extra fee, we can pick you up at the airport and arrange tours to Niagara Falls, Ripleys Aquarium, CN Tower, etc.

House rules:
Keep your room and bathroom tidy (To be cleaned weekly).
Clean up after yourself when cooking /eating.
Be mindful of energy conservation and recycling.
This is a large house with 4 rental units, so no excessive noise at any time.
No overnight visitors.

The "Junction" is one of Toronto's most lively neighbourhoods, You’ll find yourself amongst a multigenerational mix of trendy youths, urban professionals, young families, and low-key locals. The welcoming, familiar vibe makes The Junction instantly feel like home. Public Transit outside the door to Dundas West Station or a brief walk to High Park Subway Station. 40 minutes by Subway to Downtown eg. Eaton Centre. Check online.......This area has everything.
