Hello ~

My name is Theresa and my children are grown up now. I love cooking and helping people settle in to the beautiful city of Toronto, just as I have been welcomed by people abroad in my life. I have visited France, Germany, Switzerland, Argentina, Chile, Turkey Turks & Caicos, every province in Canada, many states in the United States, Mexico and other places.

I am an active person who loves walking, hiking and running. Travel, family history, reading and art are my hobbies. I am a professional consultant who works mostly from home and goes out for meetings usually at advertising agencies.

My home is close to University of Toronto and George Brown Casa Loma Campus in a vibrant neighbourhood called the Annex. It is a beautiful home less than one minute from the Bathurst Subway Station or a 7-minute walk to the Spadina Subway Station. We have either a single bedroom that walks out to a beautiful tree-top terrace, or a very large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and queen sized bed. The price is $1,000/month for the single bedroom which works for one person. This price includes a simple breakfast each day. I can provide rates for two or three meals per day if you like by email. We have a small, friendly, Havanese dog.

Rules of the house: Be respectful, responsible and kind. Communicate what you need so I can help you feel welcome. Tidy up after yourself in your room and the public spaces. Enjoy yourself and feel at home.
