Welcome to the Beaches Homestay.
I have a large home located in the very safe and quiet area of Toronto called "The Beaches".
We are 10 min walk to a subway station and 5 min walk to several bus and streetcar routes that will take you downtown.
Within a short walk is the amazing large beach and boardwalk and also libraries, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and entertainment.

I am an engineer and a sailor and have traveled to over 30 countries.
I keep a very tidy house and have a good vegetable garden in the large backyard.

The house is newly renovated with 4 large bright rooms. Two of the rooms are large enough to be shared by two friends if needed. Those two rooms currently have queen size beds.
Laundry is free in the basement and you will have full use of the kitchen, living room and backyard and wifi.

Rules of the house. no smoking. keep things clean and tidy. no overnight guests without prior permission. no parties.

If you decide to choose our home-stay, We will be happy to welcome you. The move in dates and stay period is very flexible.
