I am helping my neighbour who is not tech savvy to host students in her house.

My neighbour Hélène is in her 70s. She is a retired teacher who has been teaching for over 30 years. She can speak 3 languages: French, Arabic and English. All her children had recently got married and moved out f the house. Therefore, she is looking for students as housemates. She has been hosting students for about a year now. Her home is a 3 level townhouse located in a quiet and private street. Though Hélène is a very modern 'grandma' she is very firm on cleanliness, and proper etiquette. Her rules of the house are:
• quiet time after 9pm,
• don't shower past midnight, if so, keep it very quiet,
• clean up after yourself (washroom, kitchen and living area),
• laundry after 7pm or during the weekend,
• don't put food on the coffee table,
• don't eat on the sofa,

Basically, just be considerate as she is also a very kind and considerate person. =)
