This warm and cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bathrooms, bright house, fully renovated and located in Seaton Village which is just north of Bloor Street and Korea town. You’ll find everything you need within short walking distance: 3 affordable grocery stores, U of T, George Brown, Casa Loma, Little Italy, Chinatown, Kensington market, Our place is 6 minute walk from Christie station and Christie pits park.

I love meeting people from many backrounds, l am kind and helpful, I prefer a male who is a minimalist and doesn't cook much amd who is studying and or working fulltime.
If you like a house that is clean and quiet you have come to the right place, we are looking forward to hosting you!
