LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!!!!!! our room that is $1300 has a Double bed and the room that is $1550 has a KING size huge bed, And A PRIVATE BATHROOM AND A BEAUTIFUL FIREPLACE.

BOTH ROOMS ARE DEFINITELY LARGE ENOUGH EASILY FOR 2 PEOPLE!

WE ARE THE CLOSEST LOCATION AND THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOME TO ALL OF THE ENGLISH SCHOOLS. WE ARE SUPER SUPER CLEAN!!!!

THERE ARE OVER 50 SCHOOLS THAT ARE WITHIN A 1KM DISTANCE FROM OUR HOME!!!

Greetings International Students from around the world . We are married couple living down town in the best area in Toronto called Rosedale.

We have 1 Child .

We are right beside walking trails, cycling trails and DOZENS AND DOZENS OF SCHOOLS that you can walk and cycle to. We are just 10 minutes away from

YOUNG STREET and BLOOR STREET.

We are well traveled. In our free time we like to spend time with our family and friends, and have some quiet time as well.

We have hosted many student over the years and they have ALL LOVED IT!!!

We respect everyone and hope that you will be respectful with us as we are very kind and caring people.

We offer a warm, friendly and caring home in probably the safest area in Toronto. Our neighbourhood, "ROSEDALE" has large private homes with tons of parks.

Our Location is the VERY BEST in Toronto, as we are 5 minutes form the center of the city. At the Yonge and Bloor Metro (subway) the trains go in all 4 directions: North, South, East and West.

We have a very modern, SUPER CLEAN home. We do not offer food, but you can cook in the Kitchen!

Our bed mattresses are brand new and have never been slept on.

Our house is near to ALL amenities such as grocery stores - the closest grocery store being a 2 minutes walk

from the house. The grocery stores are called "Rosedale's Finest" and "Summerhill Market" We are 5 minutes away from the Yonge and Bloor Metro stations.

Rosedale subway at Yonge street is a short walk or a 5 minute bus ride.

We are 1 Km away from Yorkville which has the most up-scale stores and restaurants in all of Toronto.
