First choice for ILSC, Humber College/ Toronto Metropolitan University / ILAC & english schools / Working-Holiday Visa students.
Transit is closeby and normal travel within Toronto is 30minutes or 45 minutes. Toronto is a very large city with a lot of neighbourhoods.

The house and all the rooms are bright with lots of big windows, sunshine and an with updated decor. There is a nice garden with table and chairs for summer enjoyment. Short Stay or Long stay available based on school term or work.

We have been hosting for many years and have had guests from different countries around the world, student from Taiwan, South Korea, Mexico, Europe, Columbia, El Salvador, Brazil, Japan and Turkey.

We take pride to offer a nice environment for the students. A place students can feel like it is a Home away from Home. There is no curfew, with full independent sharehouse living to enjoy your studies, work and the city.


House Rules:
No smoking, no drinking, no candles, no overnight guests. Minimum 1 month stay required and 1 month notice to move out.
First and last month rents payment required on the first day.
