房东曾是中国国内的大学教授，夫妇俩人都曾经有常年的海外（日本）留学的经历，深知海外留学生活的辛苦，特别是年少的小留学生刚刚来到异国他乡语言不同，饮食习惯不同，文化的差异给原本生活能力不是很强的他们带来了诸多不便，希望能通过我们的努力帮助他们更快的适应当地的生活，照顾好他们的衣食住行，让远在国内的父母放心。
我们家的地址是26 Unicorn Ave North York M2K 2L4。位于多伦多主城区的北约克。交叉路口：Bayview/Cummer 步行3分钟至TTC42#公车stop，坐车10分钟至地铁Finch站，交通便捷。近旁有著名沿河通幽小径，环境优美，宜于休闲健身。附近有图书馆，阳光超市和众多华人餐馆，社区体育运动设施齐全，生活方便。
房子是新装修的独立屋，一楼（三间卧室）和半地下室（两间卧室）作为家庭寄宿、分门出入，家具齐全，相对独立，安静。一楼和地下室均设有独立的厨房、餐厅和卫生间，供学生们专门使用，自由舒适。提供WI – FI (BELL)，洗衣设施。房子里没有宠物。提供三餐和接送服务（费用另计）。
我们是三口之家，家中一个17岁的男孩，活泼热情。我们的家庭住宿服务注重于品质，更多家庭责任付出，尊重每位孩子的个性，专注于孩子的住家安全、舒适、饮食健康、学习成长等！

The landlord’s former occupation was an university professor, he had an experience of many-years-study abroad (in Japan), and knew the hardness of life abroad to new arrivals, who faced a lot of difficulties such as foreign language skills, different food habits, cultural shocks, etc. Especially, the life abilities of young international students might not be as strong enough as they thought. Host family hope that their efforts can help students to adapt the local life sooner, not only take care of students’ daily life but also their safety.
The address is 26 Unicorn Ave. North York, M2K 2L4. Intersection: Bayview/Cummer. It takes 5 minutes walking to #42 TTC bus-stop(10min distance to Finch Station). The Don River Trial nearby also gives a beautiful environment for leisure and fitness. Besides, library, local Cummer Community Centre with great facilities (Swimming Pool, Indoor Skating, Skateboard/BMX Park, Tennis/Basketball court/Baseball diamond), Super Markets (Sunny Supermarket, Center Point Mall) and Chinese restaurants spotted around also supply amazing convenience. Neighbouring school: A.Y Jackson Secondary School, Seneca Collage, York University Campus, etc..
Accommodation basic facts: 5 back-splits detached house in updated condition. The rooms to share are on first floor (there are also two basement rooms with separated kitchen and bathroom) equipped with necessary furniture such as wardrobe, bookcase, beds, study table and desk lamp. It is also possible to enjoy relaxing time in a big family room with sofa and fireplace. wi-fi, laundry are availble free, pets in the house are not allowed.
About our family: 3-member’s family including a 17-year-old boy, good at cooking Chinese/Japanese cuisine. Focus on service quality, respect to each other, comfortability, healthy food and home safety of students are our first piority.
