Hello!

I am currently seeking a furnished, clean Bachelor/ Studio/ 1 bedroom apartment either from July 2022 onwards on month to month/ short term lease basis for now in close proximity to TTC bus/ Subway.

Details:
• Hospitality professional, Male, single with no family/ pets with me.
• Accommodation required with basic furnishings - bed, closets and writing desk and chair.
• Open to the aspect of meals being provided per preference of host as I enjoy cuisines from world over and always try new ones. If not, then access to a Kitchen is desirable, although cooking would be very basic and minimal due to my schedule. Additionally access to a small refrigerator or refrigerator space would be preferred just to store items of daily needs.
• Would prefer a private bathroom and open to shared common areas and kitchen based on the accommodation layout and open to negotiate.
• Would prefer rent with utilities included with access to laundry and WIFI as I would be working from home on certain days.
• Preferred area around Eatonville/ Central or South Etobicoke areas in close proximity of TTC bus/ Subway stations.
• There would be no socializing in the accommodation.
• Non smoker and non-drinker.
• Currently parking shall not be required.
• Rent Budget CAD 600/ month
• I would be happy to provide references.
