Welcome to DOWNTOWN BEACHES HOME-STAY which is located in the trendy and extremely safe area of Toronto called THE BEACHES.

We are only a two-minutes walk to public transportation and amenities as well as walking distance to libraries, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, convenience stores, parks and entertainment, as well as 20 minutes from the downtown core of Toronto. We are also a ten-minute walk to the famous Queen street East waterfront which leads to additional wonderful shops, restaurants, entertainment, parks, the Boardwalk, Woodbine Beach and lots more.

I am a Travel Agency owner and also a Travel Agent who has achieved my Canadian Certification in Travel and Tourism. I have traveled to the Caribbean, the United States of America and Asia. I love meeting new people and is very opened to different cultures as well as I have family members who have lived, studied, and taught English abroad. I am a very friendly and easy going person who love to read, cook, bake, do gardening in my back yard, and is into music and dancing.

Our home has just been newly renovated. We have 6 FULLY FURNISHED, EXTREMELY CLEAN and VERY BRIGHT rooms. There is also 3 available bathrooms. The largest rooms will host 2 people (in the event that 2 friends would like to share a room). One of the rooms has a walk out to the front porch & front lawn, another room has a walk out to the back patio & back yard, another room has a large ceiling to floor window, the three additional rooms have medium to large size windows. Along with your fully furnished room, you will have unlimited access to the shared areas such a living room/dining room. 2 fully equipped & furnished kitchens, a fully equipped & furnished laundry facility, front and backyard yard gardens/green space and also HIGH SPEED Wifi.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR ROOM RENTAL ARE THE FOLLOWING:
Household linens such as Bed sheets, Pillowcases, bed-spread, duvet/duvet cover, bath towel.
Utilities: (Electricity, Water, Heating)

The set up for accommodation is equivalent to a mini-apartment under the dome of a house..
The reason why I made that statement is because:
Each person is given their own PERSONAL set of dinnerware, utensils, glass ware , mugs, dishcloth , dish sponges, dish washing liquid dispenser, kitchen cabinet for dinnerware storage, kitchen cabinet for grocery storage, bathroom towel bar, bathroom storage cabinet shelf .

There are no children or pets in the home.

The house rules are as follows:
No smoking, no alcohol , no recreational drugs of any kind in the home and on the premises.
No pets allowed.
Clean-up after your self is required especially in the common areas that are shared with others.

If you decide to choose our home-stay, You will be warmly welcomed, you will be well hosted and every effort will be made to GUARANTEE that you enjoy the stay.
