You know as well as we do, studying in Toronto is a great opportunity to speed up learning English. Live in a great area, close to everything.

Steps away from a TTC street car stop. Our home is on St. Clair and Old Weston Rd. and many shops. We are located near the Junction, an up and coming area of specialized boutiques and eateries. Stockyard is nearby that has many stores from clothing to groceries to crafts and electronics. We are near High Park, the water front and many cafe's and a library. We are about 40 minutes away from Yorkdale shopping mall and 30 minutes away from Dufferin Mall.

We have hosted in the past and have developed close relationships with all our students and still remain in contact with many of them through social media. It’s so rewarding to watch each student grow and improve their English and adopt to the Canadian culture over time. That's what makes hosting so exciting.

We understand that your studies are of upmost important so we will offer but not bother you with family outings.

$2350/ monthly for the entire apartment, plus utilities for 2 people or $1300 for bedroom and $1050 for den. This includes laundry on the premises. You must provide the toilet paper, and any other toiletries yourself. We will not come in and replenish anything but will start you off with one roll of toilet paper, paper towel, basic kitchen supplies, a bath towel, bed, bedding, desk, lamp and small carpet in bathroom and bedroom if needed. There are no extra costs unless cleanliness becomes an issue, a cleaner will be hired at your expense ($100). We do not offer food or prepared meals. We do not live in the apartment but will be there to help with whatever you need.

No smoking, no pets. Tennant insurance is strongly advised.
