AVAILABLE AVAILABLE ….FOR FEMALE STUDENTS ONLY…Offering a comfortable and newly furnished bedroom in the den on upper floor and shared bathroom with the owner in a new Townhome in Downtown Toronto. The building is less than 2 years old and there is easy access to public transportation, parks, walking and biking trails. Located in a quiet but trendy area in downtown Toronto so access all the best restaurants bars theatre parks the beach major shopping malls libraries colleges / universities and all major attractions are minutes away.

Offering 3 options of furnished private and semi private bedrooms. Best to make a viewing to see the various options - additional pictures cannot be provided at this time due to current student occupancy and privacy. In addition you have access to in-house laundry, the Use of the kitchen and private patio with bbq and Internet, laundry, heat / ac and water utilities are all included in the rental price. The home ls bright and has great energy and very comfortable and is cleaned biweekly by the cleaning lady. There is a private and locked storage for all your personal items.

There are currently 2 female students that have their own rooms and own private baths on the upper floor where the den bedroom is located. They both found accommodations courtesy of Homestay.

This particular accommodations allows for short or long term stays. Any stays that are greater for more than 1 month will require a 1st and last month deposit paid in advance.


As of for myself i remain a very private person. I am self employed and run my business from my home office. I speak only English but I have travelled many to countries and I love to embrace people of different cultures and traditions. I am new to hosting students but my family has been hosting intl students for many years.

Being away from home can be overwhelming but be assured in make it my duty to help and assist in every way possible.
