Hello:
My wife and I are teachers. We have a 11-year old daughter. We have two very friendly cats. We are an English speaking family. We enjoy meeting new people, and learning about their cultures and languages.

We have two guest rooms. The rooms are on the second floor of our home. Each room has a window. Each room is furnished with air conditioning and heating, high-speed internet, a bed, a chair and lamp. Clean bedding, towels, and pillows are included. We are happy to share the kitchen, washroom, living room, dinning room, front porch, and the backyard with you.

Our house is located just a two-minutes of walk from Christie subway station in a very safe neighborhood in downtown Toronto. It is within walking distance to several grocery stores, lots of coffeeshops, lots of restaurants, cinema, a post office, pharmacy, doctors' offices, a physiotherapy/message therapy clinic, manicure/pedicure places, banks, a public library, a huge park, and the University of Toronto.

Guests are responsible for cleaning their bedroom. Guests are responsible for washing their own laundry, towels, pillowcases, and bed sheets. Windows and doors must be kept closed if air conditioning or heat is turned on. We do not allow outdoor shoes inside the house. Please bring slippers to wear in the house. Kitchen should be cleaned after each use. No overnight guests. Quiet time is after 10pm. We do not accept people who smoke. We expect guests to treat us and our home with respect.
