Welcome to Toronto!!

My place is conveniently located at the corner of a 24-hour bus line. You can reach downtown, Yonge & Bloor, in 25 minutes. If you like hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities, you can be on the trails in 10 minutes. There is also a newly renovated gym in the building if you want to exercise indoors. Other amenities include swimming pool and sauna.

Your room is bright and clean; it's got wide windows with a stunning view of Toronto skyline. It has a wardrobe, a dresser, a desk & ergonomic computer chair, TV with free cable and a lock inside your door.

Your stay comes with free high-speed internet and free utilities. Self-service laundry is provided on premises at CAD$1.50 per wash & CAD$1.00 per dry load. You are required to clean up after yourself and to keep the area clean. No parties and overnight guests are allowed.

Having arrived here as an immigrant, I understand the challenges that foreign students may encounter. In the past, I have taught EFL/ESL (English as a Foreign Language/English as a Second Language) and I can help you in this area. Countries I have visited are China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand and USA.

International grocery stores and big-box retailers like Costco, libraries, banks, restaurants, and drugstores are within walking distance. A larger mall is about 20-25 minutes away by bus. Transportation is frequent and easy as there are 2 regular buses and 1 express bus passing by.
