Hi students, my name is Edralin but you can call me Lin.
I'm doing this homestay because for extra income and also I love to entertain my guess or my students. I've been doing this for almost 7yrs now and I very happy doing it. We just moved in Kennedy and Eglinton Ave. Which is very near in downtown and my place is very near in Kennedy subway station. We backyard that my students can enjoy also, we love bbq. Usually, we always have bbq with our students so they can also enjoy the backyard to.I'm working full-time and my husband in Toronto Housing as a maintenance. My son is 23 yrs old and he also working, we have small dog which is a Shih Tzu breed. She is very sweet dog. I will make sure that while you staying in my place you will enjoy it. Looking forward to meet you. We are very near at Kennedy Station. From our house 2 minutes walk to bus stop and only 3 stops and you are in Kennedy station. Our neighborhood is very quite. All my rooms available is in the basement. We 3 rooms in the basement and right now I have only 2 rooms available. 1 room it has private full washroom and it has walk it closet and it's a big room. And the other room is a shared washroom. Our basement we just renovated 2 months ago. New kitchen, new paint and new flooring. Our place is very accessible to grocery and near to tim hortons.
