Hello

We have two rooms for guest/student and/or working adult -


The living/dining room and kitchen is shared space. There is a large yard , a kitchen to cook and store food, lots of dishes. Wi-Fi and Laundry as well.

One parking space available for an additional fee and room in yard to lock up a bike if guest has one.

We are a 5-minute walk to YORKDALE Subway Station on University Line, (there is an entrance/exit on our street) a 10-minute walk to Dufferin Street and Yorkdale Mall with many restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores.

Fortinos Food,is at Allen Lawrence Square Mall (also just a 10-minute walk away.) There is a park up the street and another close to the shoppers drug mart. We have friendly, amazing neighbors as well!

We are 20-40 minutes from many of the schools depending on what campus a student may be enrolled in. It is a straight subway ride, just 20 minutes to downtown

As far as our house rules:

• Be clean and quite
Clean up and do own dishes after cooking etc.
No extra guests
Kitchen and Living / Dining room off limits after 10 pm at latest on some weekends
with some exception
Guest can do Laundry once a week in evening or on weekends
Provide proof of passport by email
Room fee payable by email transfer or cash



* RATES are $800 a month

Less than month stays are $40 a day or $250 a week.

Rates include utilities, use of kitchen and a shelf in fridge,
cupboard space to store food, use of cooking utilities, stove,
pots - dishes etc, laundry and soap, use of living room and
dining room during the day and evening up until 10 pm
