Hi my name is Rosalie a practicing Nurse and I am the mother of the house. My husband and daughter live with me in this 4 bedroom house. I have 2 vacant rooms available for rent. My family enjoys watching movies, eating out, trying new foods, and plants. I take pride in my house by keeping it clean at all times. The house is located in a safe, quiet, clean and diverse neighborhood. The house is located near University of Toronto Scarborough campus and Centennial College Morningside campus, which is 10 mins- 15mins. away by bus. Bus stops are accessible and major stores, malls, groceries, hospitals and walk-in clinics are easily accessible by bus. I am accepting students who have no pets, non smoker, no vaping, no drugs, no alcohol, and needs to be a clean and tidy person. No loud music or loud talking after 9pm. Kitchen and bathroom is shared with other guests, so each guest needs to make sure they clean up after themselves. Example not leave any used dirty dishes on the sink. I expect everyone to be respectful towards one another, and no use of foul language in the house. Laundry is available, and only one load a week provided and you must provide your own laundry detergents.
