My wife, grandson, and I have lived in this place since 2011. We are running a homestay to help foreign students to feel at home and to have a place to be comfortable, this is our first time to host students but we have friends that have done it for years so, we are quite familiar with the expectation of tenants. We had been blessed to visit all over such as, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Norway, Sweden, Russia, Germany, United States of America, Mexico, Cuba,France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Israel, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines and many others.

Our interests is travelling and would love to meet other people and their culture. I in particular mostly stays in the computer. We are a member of a Catholic Charismatic organization and serves in the Church as a Lector.

Although we are not offering meals, we have a lot of places near our house that food can be easily purchased. McDonalds is just walking distance, Woodside Mall has a Food Court, Food Basic grocery is located in the Mall. These are all walking distance amenities. Scarborough Town Centre is just one bus ride and the bus stops are walking distance as well. The unit has a refrigerator, a Toaster oven, a microwave and an induction stove.

Our preferred conditions is to be Neat, and be respectful to the place and its occupants. Strictly NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS, NO HARD DRINKS allowed. Tenants could use the Deck which is at the back of the property. Lights out is preferably at 11:00 p.m. Visitors are not permitted to sleep-in overnight. Honesty is the most preferred for a tenant.
