Private or shared rooms are available on the second floor of the home with brand-new windows.

Location, Location: Centrally located in the St.Clair West & Keele area. Please use google Maps to locate "M6N 1N9". Close to public transportation: St. Clair West streetcar (2 minutes), bus 41 Keele (10 minutes), and a short distance to the subway (10-15 minutes). Close to 2 major subway or metro stops: St. Clair West or Keele subway.

ME: I am a Professional, single lady, working from home, looking for International students to occupy 1 private room. The first option is a quiet private room with a double-size bed with a large window overlooking the backyard. The second option is a shared room with 2 single beds, perfect when friends want to stay together. Both rooms are located on the second floor of a house with a large window.

The entire house is supplied by Wi-Fi (high-speed internet) with a laundry facility. The house has no pets.

YOU: Must be friendly, honest, and you should not smoke (outside only). Mature personality, you must be a clean person and clean your room on a regular basis and be serious about going to school.

Let me know in advance if you have any allergies, dietary restrictions and/or handicap. For a successful homestay, you must be honest, friendly and able to live and make conversation with all persons in the household.
