My house is at Highway 7 and Warden in the city of Markham and is only 5 min bus ride to the Seneca College Markham campus. I have 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 basement bedroom available. My house is only 5 min walk from bus stops, grocery stores, banks, Shoppers Drug Mart, McDonald's and many other restaurants. Our household consists of me, my husband and hopefully 3 more students or tenants. We are very friendly and love hosting international guests at our house. We are looking for students or young professionals under the age of 27 that are good fit with our house rules of no smoking, not loud, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness around the house.
