Hope you are doing well.
We are middle aged husband and wife English speaking, University educated (post graduates), healthcare professionals who work in nearby hospitals. We have a large house located on Avenue Road which is safe (has 24 hour security) in a very elite, respectable, friendly and quite neighborhood with private Schools and major Universities beside us. We are near large Community Centers which offer all types of indoor and outdoor physical activities. There is a tennis court, lawn bowling etc a few steps away from our home.
We are offering 2 large, fully furnished private large bedrooms which are roomy and bright with long bay windows attached to a private fully furnished kitchen and private bathroom. There is la large private lounge area available for your use if needed. We also have a huge front yard with adequate parking and a garden with pond and Barbeque at the back of our home which is also available if needed for your use.
We do not permit smoking or any drugs in the house.
There are bus-stops at our doorstep and 24 hr bus service including express downtown bus, we are walking distance to two train stations. We are centrally located and are a few minutes away from major educational institutions.
We are also very short walking distance to all the banks, malls and shopping centers, restaurants, cinemas etc and are we are easily accessible to Highway 401 and walking distance access to Yonge Street.
We have been hosting international students for the past 16 years. We have travelled extensively to Europe, Asia and Australia. We respect and love diverse cultures.
Our rent includes electricity, water, WiFi, laundry etc.
