Homestay in Toronto, Canada

Hello and welcome to my profile!

I am running a homestay because I enjoyed having an exchange student in the past and I hope to find someone like her again. Her name is Amy and she attended UTM last year where she studied Science and English. I helped her edit many assignments and helped her with English tutoring.

My name is Jan, I am looking to host a female or male student who is clean and respectful.
I am the only person who lives in this house so it would just be you and I, I do not usually have friends over and I do not have male visitors.
My home is brand new and I am the first person to live in it.
The air quality is fresh and clean, with lots of bright sunny windows.
The house is very clean and everything in it is new, including your room.
