We are a loving outgoing family. We have been hosting for quite a while and we love the experience and everything that comes with it.
We have visited Greece, Egypt, Mexico, Paris and Italy and go to the cottage quite often.
We would like to host and invite you into our newly renovated modern home.
Rent is paid every 4 weeks. This includes water, electricity, high speed wifi, cable and laundry.
The upper rooms are newly renovated with hard wood floors, closet, single or double bed, desk, and granite counter tops and floor in bathroom.
The bathroom is a 4 piece and lots of storage.
The lower level units are very bright and spacious. The high ceilings and sunlit basement has 3 big bedrooms and separate kitchen and lounge with Smart TV and four piece bathroom.
There will be a mini fridge included in your room.
This is a sunlit home. You may have use of big backyard with walk out patio.
There is no smoking allowed in the house
It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to bus stop and less than 10 min to closest subway which is Coxwell Station.
We live in a safe, friendly and neighborhood.
