我们位于McNicoll & Pharmacy 路口，有2幢相邻的精装修两层独立屋，交通便利，小区环境宜人。有包括独立套间在内的多个房间可供选择，温馨舒适，宽敞明亮，家具和生活用品配套齐全。包一日三餐, 为学生提供丰富的健康饮食，做到营养+美味。 另外可根据学生需要提供接送上下学服务。近公交车站、社区中心、图书馆、银行、超市、公园等，生活交通便利。

房主善良朴实，诚恳待人，乐于助人，极具爱心和耐心，对孩子认真负责。房主本人为美国硕士毕业，可以在学习与生活上提供咨询服务，还可对学生提供学业上的指导与帮助。

Our homestay is located in a very nice area of Toronto at the intersection of Warden and McNicoll. The neighborhood is one of the most desirable ones in Toronto, and offers all possible amenities within short walking distance.

We have 2 separate housed which are very close, each house consists of two levels and 3 bedrooms, living and dining rooms, eat-in kitchens, 3 bathrooms, laundry area, and spacious backyard with big patio. All bedrooms are fully furnished and offer privacy, comfort and enough storage, which answers our guests' high expectations.

Our homestay include 3 meals per day. Smoking is not allowed on all the premises and there are standard and clear house rules in place. Unlimited local phone, unlimited high-speed internet, as well as bed linens, and laundry supplies are provided and included.

Sharing my experience and knowledge that I collected through my residence in Canada for 10 years, I wish to prepare and assist newcomers to Canada on the road to their success.
